TERMS OF SALE — Cosowatches

1. PRODUCTS

All Coso watches are independently designed custom mod watches assembled under our own brand. Products are built to order after purchase. We are not affiliated with any third-party watch manufacturer.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are in [EUR/GBP] and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

3. SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Worldwide tracked shipping — estimated delivery 7–12 business days. Tracking information is provided by email on dispatch. We are not responsible for customs delays or duties applicable in your country.

4. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn, original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition. Contact us before initiating a return: Cosowatches@gmail.com

5. WARRANTY

Every Coso watch is covered by a 12-month movement warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers mechanical failure through normal use. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating, or damage caused by misuse. 6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Cosowatches is an independent brand. All Cosowatches designs, logos, and brand identity are the intellectual property of Mocoso. We do not manufacture, sell, or represent products from any third-party watch brand. All third-party brand names referenced in product specifications belong to their respective owners.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Mocoso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products beyond the value of the original purchase price.
