§ 1 SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the COSO WATCHES online store (hereinafter "Provider").

Any deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not be recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to
their validity in writing.
§ 2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
2.1 The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an
invitation to place an order.
2.2 By clicking the "Buy Now" / "Order with obligation to pay" button, the customer places a binding order for the
goods contained in the shopping cart.
2.3 The order confirmation sent by email constitutes acceptance of the offer by the Provider. Upon receipt of this
email, the purchase contract is concluded.
§ 3 PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 All prices are stated in Euros (€) and are gross prices including statutory VAT.
3.2 Shipping costs are shown separately and are to be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Available payment methods include credit card, PayPal, instant bank transfer, and other methods offered
during checkout.
3.4 Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.
§ 4 DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
4.1 Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
4.2 Delivery within Denmark typically takes 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

§ 5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWALCOSO WATCHES
Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any
reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email at info@cosowatches.com with a clear
statement of your decision to withdraw.
Consequences of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without
undue delay and no later than fourteen days from notification. We will use the same payment method you used for
the original transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or proof of return. You bear the direct cost
of returning the goods.
Exclusion: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to customer specifications or
clearly tailored to personal needs.
§ 6 WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
6.1 Statutory warranty rights apply. The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.
6.2 COSO WATCHES provides an additional manufacturer's guarantee of 24 months from purchase. This covers defects in
materials and workmanship. Excluded: normal wear and tear, mechanical damage from improper handling, and
moisture damage (unless declared water-resistant).
6.3 Proof of purchase is required to claim the guarantee.
§ 7 RETENTION OF TITLE
The delivered goods remain the property of the Provider until full payment of the purchase price has been received.
§ 8 DATA PROTECTION
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website. The
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies.
§ 9 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages from injury to life,
body, or health.
9.2 In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breach of essential contractual obligations, capped at
foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
9.3 Any further liability is excluded.
§ 10 DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We are not willing or obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
§ 11 FINAL PROVISIONS

Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the Provider.
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
